'Lundy' - Puffin hand painted limited edition linocut print

'Lundy' is an original hand carved and hand printed linocut. It was inspired by the magical little island of Lundy and the puffins I hope to visit there one day. The puffin is walking in a field of daisies by the sea. This linocut was printed in black ink and the beak/eye details were hand painted on using watercolours.

This linocut print is an edition of 50, therefore only 50 prints will exist in the world. It is signed, titled and numbered by the Artist.

The print is mounted in an acid-free white A4 mount and the paper is a lovely white Somerset paper.

Linocut is a type of traditional relief printmaking whereby designs are carved by hand into lino blocks - the block is then inked with professional standard ink, paper applied on top and it is then pressed by hand.

This linocut is an original and is carefully hand printed in Norwich. The copyright of this print is retained by the Artist.
