Refund policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. You must contact us via email at hello@stellabox.co.uk to request a refund.

Once agreed via email, orders must be returned to the seller in their original packaging and in the same condition they were sent in.

Buyers are responsible for paying return costs. We encourage you to use trackable postal services for valuable items as we are not liable for any lost return items.

Once your order has been received by us, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved once we have inspected the item(s).

Payment will be processed within 5-7 working days and returned to original payment method.
