The quickest way to contact me regarding an order or workshop booking is via my email, stellabox@hotmail.com or via my Instagram @stellaboxdesigns.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent out 1st class and I offer free 1st class delivery on orders over £50.

You have the option to upgrade your order to 1st Class Signed For too for all UK orders.

Orders not arriving at their destination is very rare but can happen, outside of my control. If your order hasn't arrived, I ask you to please wait 10 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched.

I offer returns and refunds if I am notified by email within 10 days of the order being placed and on the assumption that you will pay for the return postage of the item. Once the item is returned to me in the same condition it left my studio, I will then process your refund within 5 working days.

Common FAQs

Are all your linocut prints signed and numbered?

All of my linocut prints are signed by me, Haychley. Prints are only numbered if they are limited edition prints and will therefore be marked as 'X/50' for example. I also create open edition prints which are marked 'O/E'.

How long do orders take to be dispatched after I order?

I'm a one woman small business owner here at Stellabox and aim to get your orders out as soon as possible but sometimes minor delays can happen. I aim to get greeting card, digital print and bookmark orders posted within 1-3 working days. For linocut prints this can take a little longer but I make this clear on the listing if there will be a delay in your print being posted.

How are your digital prints created?

All of my bookmarks, digital and giclée prints are professionally printed here in the UK.

What is your environmental policy?

I try to use as little plastic as possible in my studio and orders. I am replacing all of my plastic sleeves for prints as they run out over time. Most of my greeting cards are already printed on recycled card and have biodegradable sleeves. I use cardboard 'do not bend' envelopes for most of my orders and these are recyclable. I re-use bubblewrap for my larger orders and logo stamp commissions.
