All UK orders are sent out 1st class unless otherwise stated.

You have the option to upgrade your order to 1st Class Signed For too for all UK orders.

​

If you are located outside the UK, my prints and designs are available to order here on my Etsy shop.

​

Orders not arriving at their destination is very rare but can happen, outside of my control. If your order hasn't arrived, I ask you to please wait 10 working days after your item has been marked as dispatched.

​

I offer returns and refunds if I am notified by email within 10 days of the order being placed and on the assumption that you will pay for the return postage of the item. Once the item is returned to me in the same condition it left my studio, I will then process your refund within 5 working days.

Common FAQs

Are all your linocut prints signed and numbered?

​

All of my linocut prints are signed by me, Haychley. Prints are only numbered if they are limited edition prints and will therefore be marked as 'X/50' for example. I also create open edition prints which are marked 'O/E'.

How long do orders take to be dispatched after I order?

​

I aim to post all orders within 3-5 working days. If you order is in a hurry, please add a note for me when you place your order and I'll do my best to dispatch as quickly as possible. If prints are not currently in stock or are still drying, you'll see a ribbon on the item that gives an indication of how long they'll take to be posted.

What is your environmental policy?

​

I try to use as little plastic as possible in my studio and orders. I am replacing all of my plastic sleeves for prints as they run out over time. Most of my greeting cards are already printed on recycled card and have biodegradable sleeves. I use cardboard 'do not bend' envelopes for most of my orders and these are recyclable. I re-use bubblewrap for my larger orders and logo stamp commissions.
